CPD – equipped4wellbeing

Staff Development specifically designed for

It recognises the needs and challenges of our diverse communities, and the need for staff teams to improve their capacity to maintain their resilience and wellbeing for their own benefit and to serve our communities better.  It is a different sort of CPD training; focused on actively developing the capabilities of staff, working hard to support the wellbeing of clients and maintain their own wellbeing. The practical, improvement focused sessions are underpinned by experience and research.
